The Founder
Aarabi Balasubramanian is the Founder & Principal of EmTech Growth, LLC. As an experienced strategist, Aarabi advises and executes on company growth strategies, new client & market development, business model innovations, solutions development, go-to-market and revenue generation strategies and long-term growth planning. She enjoys working closely with startup founders and business owners to help accelerate their growth journey.
Previously, she has held various leadership roles in strategy, innovation & business development across organizations like Cognizant, IMS Health/IMS Consulting and Infosys Consulting, where she focused on helping her clients plan for and operationalize growth, both organically and inorganically. In particular, she has advised clients on emerging market sectors spawned by digital technologies like IoT, AI, Robotics, AR/VR, 3D Printing, Analytics and Cybersecurity. Her industry expertise spans healthcare, technology and financial services.
Aarabi is also an active startup mentor and advisor. She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kerala, India.
